"Don't wait for people to be kind, show them how." -Unknown
TOTALLY CONNECTING WITH LIFE: PERFECT HARMONY

From walking a hwy heading into southern California (for by far) the majority of the day. I read a sign that said, next town was still 5 miles away just as my stomach gave out a really good growl.  Letting me know how hungry I was & reminding me that I hadn't eaten all day & it was well after dark.  But as I looked up I quickly recognized & thought on the tall hotel (on the right) up around a half a mile, thinking; "Great a hotel" that means people, that means food, so I figured when I get there I'd be able to get something to eat.
When I get to the hotel I started around back to check the dumpster.  Thinking: this many people, I'm sure someone has thrown out some cold pizza or something that's still good to eat. But before I even got to the dumpster I stopped myself thinking; "I'm not gonna go looking through the trash for food."  So I turned around & started towards the front door of the hotel.  Thinking;this big of a hotel, this far from town, I'm sure there's a restaurant on the first floor!  So I figured; I'd do what I usually do when I come across a restaurant (especially when I'm hungry). I'd ask if I could do some work for any mess ups that the kitchen had made or extras that are going to be wasted. Because I know restaurant normally waste so much food that's still perfectly good.  But before I even got to the front corner of the hotel, I stopped myself again.  Thinking; "No, I'm not gonna even ask for food," I'm gonna let the spirit of God, of Life, provide; 'I know that if I can only allow it to provide, it will."
(The trick is to allow it to).  So I turned away from the hotel (with my stomach still growling) I was thinking & feeling like I wanted something to eat (just as much) if not more than before.  As I was walking towards the Hwy: (with my stomach still growling) thinking & feeling about my hunger.  I thought/reminded myself; I need to stop (not only) thinking about food, but even feeling like I want
food, so that the spirit can & will work its wonder "I Know it will if I can just completely allow it to"
So just before I started to walk on to the Hwys on ramp.  I started to pay very close attention to my breathing.  Taking in complete slow breaths in through my nose & blowing them out even slower, allowing my thoughts & feelings of hunger & food to go out with every breath.  Until I felt myself connect with the spirit of (God/Life) complete contentment.  I 've also defined it as (a state of blandness) no thoughts nor feelings actually just one feeling of being (completely content) without having what u want or need.  At that precise moment my eyes hit a perfectly ripe Grape fruit, sitting in the on ramps gully curb.  I reached down & picked it up, to find a ring of sand had gathered around the underside of the Grape fruit; showing it had been there in that perfect place (for at least 2 or 3 days) waiting for that perfect moment.  That's how "I knew it was from/by that perfect spirits placement/connection!"

“The road back from darkness is seldom easy or quick. Daily effort is required to stay on course, but a whole new world awaits at the end, if we persist. As we pray for help and stop thinking so much of our own misery, seeking instead to serve others, we will find peace in our souls. This service, combined with self-forgiveness and faith that God has already forgiven us, will renew us in spirit and grant us more energy to pursue the opportunities before us.”
